Time of vocabulary. Let's play with words!

As I said I will start with my section of vocabulary, now in relation with transitive and intransitive verbs.I am going to develop your conception of transitive and intransitive verbs  with a few examples.

- These are the most commonly used transitive verbs and their synonyms (They need a direct object to have a completed meaning):
                -Arrest: taking into custody, imprisonment.
                -Ask: to raise a question, to demand => She asked me if I were Spanish.
                -Avoid: to keep away from, to evade.
                -Describe: to make clear, to illustrate, to give details of.
                -Do: to accomplish something, to put into question.
                -Enjoy: to be pleased with.
                -Find: to discover, to encounter
                -Force: to break into, to press.
                -Get: to gain, to receive, to capture.
                -Give: to grant, to deliver, to produce.
                -Hit: to shot, to struck.
                -Like: to enjoy, to admire, to choose. => I like chocolate.
                -Pull: to drag, to move toward.
                -Report: to describe, to announce.
                -See: to observe, to perceive =>I will see you tomorrow.
                -Shock: to shake, to revolt.
                -Take: to carry off, to decide on, to earn, to secure.
                -Tell: to communicate, to describe, to understand.
                -Touch: to have a contact.
                -Visit: to have a date, to go to see. => I visited my uncle in London.
                -Want: to desire, to be greedy for.
                -Warn: to advise, to prepare, to give notice.

- These others are intransitive verbs (they do not need any object to be completed).
                -Appear: to emerge, to expose itself, to look like.
                -Arrive: to achieve success, to come, to enter. => She arrived late.
                -Come: to appear, to become available, to advance.
                -Cry: To scream, to lament, weeping.
                -Fall: to collapse, to ruin. => The bridge fell down.
                -Fly: to run away, to take to the air.
                -Go: to continue, to pass.
                -Happen: to come about, to occur.
                -Matter: to be important.
                -Sleep: to go to bed.
                -Smile: to be gracious, to look happy.
                -Swim: to keep afloat, to bathe, to take a dip. => I swam in that great lake.
                -Wait: to remain, to expect, to sit up for.

-But sometimes a verb can be both transitive and intransitive. These are some examples:
                -Break: to fracture, to crack, to rest. => I broke the window. The window was broken.
                -Burn: to be on fire, to set fire.
                -Empty: to remove, to leave.
                -Increase: to grow, to raise.
                -Open: to start, to make accessible, to expose.
                -Shut: to close up, to keep away.
                -Spoil: to destroy, to decompose.
